HP Performance Tuning Framework is a background component commonly preinstalled on HP laptops and workstations. It supplies shared services that other HP utilities rely on to monitor hardware, adjust power and cooling behavior, and apply vendor-tuned performance profiles. The framework itself typically has no user-facing interface; it enables features in companion HP software.
